My husband and I were in the very unique situation of buying a house during COVID-19 from 3 states away. As stressful as it was, Zoe guided us through it with such a calm demeanor, and we were so thankful for her expertise. She helped us purchase a home in Kirkwood, that we never saw in person until the day we moved in. People thought we were crazy, but our response to them every single time was "we trust our REALTOR to the ends of the earth". She was quick to respond, helped us stay on top of things, organized communication between the lender and title company, and even had our lawn mowed a few times before we could move in. She's awesome.

Zoe is just a cool person. She's young, hip, stylish, and thus has a good taste in homes. But more importantly, she is very tech-savvy. Especially in the COVID era, it helps to have someone like her facilitating your home-buying needs. She will go out of her way to tour properties virtually with FaceTime and record videos of the tour to send to your phone. She always has her phone on her and will really find you places that fit the style you like. Her husband is a physician so she's very in the know about the rigors of healthcare and the schedule around it, so she's a great person to work with if you are a healthcare provider, like me.

As out-of-state buyers, Zoe went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When we identified a home, Zoe's knowledge was paramount in helping us make decisions. She was on-site when we couldn't be and was very organized and thorough in all modes of communication. She made us feel like her only clients, making herself available to us at all times and doing several treks all over town to provide us with video feedback on the properties and neighborhoods of interest. We were very worried about buying a home sight unseen, but our confidence in Zoe gave way to that fear. Thank you, Zoe.

Zoe is the definition of going above and beyond, I honestly don’t think you could find a better REALTOR than her. We were moving from out of state with no knowledge of the area and she helped us find the perfect neighborhood for us. When we hit hurdle after hurdle to close on our house, Zoe helped us jump each one to finally make it to closing day. Zoe was a fantastic REALTOR. We worked with her from the west coast and she went out of her way to handle things for us since we weren't local. We flew into town for a few days and she helped us power shop (24 houses in 3 days). Then she face-timed houses with us after the first one fell through during inspections until we found The One. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy (I'm sure she's a great listing agent too, we just haven't used her for that) and especially for those using physician loans.
