Juliann Strange Test

Juliann, a proud Oklahoman, followed in her family's real estate footsteps proudly serving OKC and Tulsa areas. She serves the community in many ways including being Vice President of Peppers Ranch Foster Care Community, past co-chair of Art with a Heart, and OKC Festival of the Arts volunteer. She was a member of the 2nd class of Ion Oklahoma's 30 under 30 and Leadership OKC Loyal Class IX. She completed an MBA from OBU and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Juliann continues to build her business on relationships, referrals and residents/physicians. She is a physician loan expert with local lender parnterships. She is married to Dr. Jack Test, Nephrology Fellow, & they have two children, Trigg and Lauralee. Trigg and Lauralee are the best assistants.

Designations iclude GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, RENE, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and RLE, Residential Listing Expert & CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Earned RE/MAX 100 percent club in 2019,2021 & 2022. #realtorforresidents
